Flipple Arcade Terms of Use

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and linked policies. When a material change requires renewed consent, access may remain limited until the current version is accepted.

Flipple Arcade may request a birth date, age signals, parental authorization, or additional verification proportionate to risk. False information may lead to restrictions or account termination.

• Accounts and features may have different limits by age group.
• Contact, recommendation, monetization, camera, microphone, video, and live features may be restricted or disabled to protect minors.
• The best interests and full protection of children and teenagers take priority in product and moderation decisions.

You remain responsible for your content and grant Flipple Arcade a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, distribute, and moderate it as needed to operate the platform.

• Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, harassment, hate, violence, encouragement of self-harm or suicide, fraud, spam, and illegal activity are prohibited.
• Do not bypass age, safety, moderation, ban, or technical controls.
• Report content, accounts, messages, calls, or streams that may violate these rules.

Camera and microphone should only activate after an action or permission consistent with the feature. Audio and video may be transmitted to participants and required infrastructure. We may limit, interrupt, or suspend calls and streams because of risk, reports, legal duties, or security failures.

• Do not assume absolute privacy; participants may record or redistribute content.
• Do not expose minors, personal data, intimate material, or illegal content.
• The absence of routine recording does not prevent preservation of available records and evidence after an incident.

Flipple Arcade may remove content, reduce reach, limit features, impose temporary penalties, suspend, permanently ban, block related new accounts, or delete an account based on reasonable evidence of a violation, community risk, fraud, legal order, or urgent safety need.

• Serious or urgent measures may be taken without prior notice to prevent harm, preserve an investigation, comply with law, or stop evasion.
• When appropriate and permitted, we may explain the reason and offer review; illegal or dangerous content will not be restored merely because a decision is challenged.
• We may preserve records and notify competent authorities when legally required, ordered, or needed because of a serious risk.

Purchases, tokens, subscriptions, gifts, and withdrawals follow the conditions shown before confirmation and applicable law. You must hold the necessary rights to content you upload. Account deletion requests remain subject to security periods, legal retention, fraud prevention, and evidence preservation.
