Child Safety and CSAE Policy

• Creating, requesting, possessing, sharing, streaming, or facilitating child sexual abuse material.
• Grooming, sexualizing, threatening, blackmailing, or exploiting a child or teenager.
• Facilitating sexual contact, exploitation, trafficking, violence, self-harm, or suicide.
• Using posts, chats, communities, calls, camera, microphone, files, or streams for these purposes.
• Concealing evidence, bypassing controls, or returning after a ban.

We may use age assurance, age-based restrictions, parental controls, contact and recommendation limits, moderation, blocks, and risk analysis. Audio, video, and live features may be limited or suspended when adequate protection cannot be provided.

Users must be able to report content, accounts, conversations, calls, or streams. Reports are triaged by severity. We may interrupt streams, remove content, restrict features, and suspend accounts during an investigation. Ongoing crimes and emergencies should also be reported to police or emergency services.

Where there is serious risk or reasonable evidence of CSAE, grooming, exploitation, violence, or evasion, Flipple Arcade may suspend or ban immediately without prior notice to prevent harm, preserve evidence, and stop migration to another account.

We preserve available records and notify competent authorities or entities when required by law, valid order, or serious risk, while respecting security, minimization, and confidentiality. We do not promise automatic collection of evidence that does not exist or indiscriminate data disclosure.

Investigations are limited to what is necessary for safety and compliance. Review may be requested when it will not endanger victims, investigations, or legal duties. Illegal or abusive content will not be restored.
